Professional Property Management firm is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a commercial grade property. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large scale commercial property, including management of current tenants and tenant build outs.
Duties are as follows:
* Review, maintain and administer lease contracts
* Customer service to tenants
* Supervise Construction Projects
* Prepare monthly financial reports
* Manage on-going projects to improve tenant relations, public safety, or property image
* Lease administration
* Set-up new tenants; including lease, move in and move out dates
* Coordinate retention of outside consulting services
* Write specifications for property services as needed
* Perform site inspections for maintenance needs, safety hazards, etc
* Prepare operating budgets and review annual tax statements.
